Best Lawyer to go to if you need to get custody

After several court visits to be able to see my boys, even though I was paying Mortgage, utilities and full child support with no success and being told by my previous lawyer that it is not unusual to be paying so much as a physician; I saw Alison in court during my multiple court visits and I just h...ad the feeling that I should consider her as a lawyer. After researching her more I decided to get her counsel. I would say that was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. Immediately she got on the case, I was able to see my boys as scheduled on the court order. She was trying to cut my payments down so we planned to go back to court. However, due to my ex-wife erratic behavior, she advised me to seek for custody. I initially turned it down, since I was told by my previous lawyer that my chance of winning a custody battle was very slim. As my ex-wife behavior became more erratic during a few court visits, she advised me again to consider fighting for custody and I did. Now, with her help, I have full custody of my boys, house is sold, so no need to pay mortgage or utility bills. Getting Alison as my lawyer was a blessing and she fought for me till the very end, and every penny spent for her representation was an amount well spent. I am glad this is not something to do over, but if it was, I will take Alison as my lawyer again. Thank you so much Alison and Bre. I really do appreciate all your hardwork and patience.

The best attorney for matters regarding children

Alison was referred by another attorney to me. I first spoke to Alison a couple years ago, regarding a situation where an absent father of seven years was seeking visitation with my daughter. He was $25,000 in arrears with CSEA and had a new wife who constantly injected herself into the situation. Al...ison gave me the confidence I needed @ a very difficult time. This attorney is hands down 'all work'. She tackled this situation with caution and care, updated me, fought for my daughter, examined and submitted evidence, guided me, and in all honesty, kept me calm when I was a bundle of nerves. She is thorough and knowledgeable in her profession, and her ethic is followed accordingly. She knows the law, she has integrity and is well respected. Should the need for representation ever arise again for family/children issues, Alison will be the attorney who will represent me. My overall rating for Alison is perfectly satisfied.
