Shane Allen Taylor

I initially hired a different attorney in my area but when it came down to a month before my court date, and my attorney wasn’t responding to my e-mails or phone calls, I quickly retained Shane Taylor & Associates and never looked back. Mary Kristen Franks (Shane’s associate) represented me in court... for contempt & no access to school or medical records - I was the plaintiff. After 10 1/2 months with little - no contact with my 12yr old children, I was given visitation that weekend. Mary Kristen even saw to it that my children and I were awarded court ordered counseling to see us through the painful year we had to endure. Parental Alienation Syndrome is a very real thing and when you meet an attorney or paralegal that knows all about that, it gives you some hope.

Shane and Abby are the people I needed on my side. They helped me navigate a child support agreement that isn't your average open and close case. I appreciate their due diligence on my case. Recently I had to call upon them again to look at a revision and they were great with timing and being upfront... about what we were looking at. It may come to pass that I have to retain Shane Taylor in the near future and I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone else.

I would never hire anyone else for a legal matter. I had an ex that was attempting to leave the state with my newborn child.
