Shane Allen Taylor

I hired Mr Taylor during an extremely hard period of my life. He and his staff were always there for me to answer any questions and to bring my stress levels down. I hired Shane for my divorce. I had been served but waited several weeks to hire him. He was still able to quickly get into the case and get a a favorable result. He and his staff were always there when I needed them. Shane even returned my call when I was having visitation issues over a holiday ...weekend. I hope I never have to go back to court again but, if I do, I will hire him again.

One afternoon, at 4:30 pm, my daughter told she had a court hearing scheduled the next day at 9:00 am for a moving violation. I met Shane & his employees in 2016 and the only thing i regret is that i didn't retain them sooner. You can call the office at any time during the day and you will either talk with someone right then or they return your call promptly. She could have came to court and been in and out in 45 minutes but she really took her time negotiating with the other parties attorney. We spent a total of 4 hours at the youth center that day. Since that day, she has always returned my phone calls promptly and she has even responded to e-mails promptly even on the weekends. I initially hired a different attorney in my area but when it came down to a month before my court date, and my attorney wasn’t responding to my e-mails or phone calls, I quickly retained Shane Taylor & Associates and never looked back. Mary Kristen Franks (Shane’s associate) represented me in court... for contempt & no access to school or medical records - I was the plaintiff.
