•BEST•FIRM•EVER•

I initially hired a different attorney in my area but when it came down to a month before my court date, and my attorney wasn’t responding to my e-mails or phone calls, I quickly retained Shane Taylor & Associates and never looked back. Mary Kristen Franks (Shane’s associate) represented me in court... for contempt & no access to school or medical records - I was the plaintiff. After 10 1/2 months with little - no contact with my 12yr old children, I was given visitation that weekend. Mary Kristen even saw to it that my children and I were awarded court ordered counseling to see us through the painful year we had to endure. Parental Alienation Syndrome is a very real thing and when you meet an attorney or paralegal that knows all about that, it gives you some hope.

I have worked with Shane Taylor and his associates on several occasions and have always been very pleased with his professionalism, attentiveness and willingness to work very hard for me. Anytime you are dealing ...with any kind of family law you want some one who can relate and understand how you are feeling. Shane does that and at the same time explains the law and what to expect in the process. Abby Brown, the senior paralegal, is excellent at communication and following through with all matters. The entire staff stays on top of your case and treats you like you are a top priority.

Forever in debt to this firm.

If you want to win your case choose this guy as your lawyer. Shane put his heart and soul into my custody and relocation case. He was always honest and up front with me, always returned my calls and emails (even on weekends and holidays), and I really felt like he cared about me and my case he didn't... just see me as another clent or case. He's smart and kind but aggressive in the court room. I had a very small chance of winning my case and he made it happen. I will forever be grateful for his work on my case and I will consult him with any other legal needs I may need as long as he is practicing law!
