About Shane
Biography
Shane was raised in Birmingham, Alabama. At 17, he enlisted in the Army where he served with the 1st Infantry Division. After leaving the military, he worked as a police officer for the Birmingham Police Department for over 10 years.
Shane attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then attended the Cumberland School of Law where he served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy as a Senior Associate Editor.
Shane is the author of Up In Smoke: Online Privacy Becomes The Latest Casualty In The War On Drugs, published in the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.
He is a founding member and past President of the Mobile Criminal Defense Lawyers Association where he currently serves on the board of directors.
Shane regularly practices in all Alabama and Mississippi state courts as well as in the Federal Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Alabama as well as the Federal Courts for the State of Mississippi.
Shane currently lives on the Eastern Shore.

Excellent Firm

Great firm
I had SUCH a great experience with this firm. I never did speak with the actual lawyer himself but Abby & Mary Kristin (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) were such a great help with getting everything I needed for my divorce! If I need any more legal help, I will go back to Abby FOR SURE!
