I grew up in a family of ten children, and spent a lot of my time tagging along with my Dad who is a personal injury attorney. Along the way, I have accumulated a subtanstial amount of experience working for attorneys prior to graduating from law school. I attended evening classes and worked as a paralegal during law school. I began my legal career in Cleveland, Ohio and have represented several thousand clients in bankruptcy, foreclosure defense and other debt-related matters. I have focused my law practice in the area of consumer bankruptcy since 1998. If I won the powerball lottery I would set up a non-profit and represent debtors for free. I can't imagine doing anything else but helping people get back on their feet financially. Bankruptcy is the best area of law, in my opinion, to practice in.

Highly recommend

Mr Ryan was very helpful, resourceful and accommodating. He explains things so you can understand what is happening and answers questions to you can understand the process. I work M-F and he met with me on a Saturday for consultation so I wouldn't have to miss work. I have just begun this process but I am very happy with his performance.

My personal review of Kevin Ryan representing me in the Bankruptcy Court.

Kevin Ryan has been very professional and proficient in representing my company in the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceedings. Kevin worked hard and even on the weekend to make sure that my filing was done within the time frame that was allotted. His initial consultation several weeks prior to him being employed for this Case was awesome. He took the time to review my case situation and pointed me in the right direction so that he can assist my company in achieving our goals. Excellent attorney

Attorney Kevin Ryan was excellent with my Chapter 7 case! He was always accessible if I had a question or concern. Even though I know he was always busy, he was never too busy to respond to an email. He took his time and explained everything to me, in terms that I could understand. He also made sure that I did what was best for my situation. Kevin Ryan even went before the board of trustees and the judge at my hearing to get my case moved up due to my daughter being in the hospital with pneumonia. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Chapter 7

Mr. Ryan helped work around my husband and my schedule to get an appointment with him. Mr. Ryan was very professional but also put terms into a way that we could understand. I would definitely recommend Kevin Ryan to anyone looking to file bankruptcy.
