Failure
Phinney was hired due to a breach of contract, gross negligence by contractor costing me thousands in payment. He called me one time to update me on status. After that, he ghosted me, never numerous requests to return my call. He did not even have the decency to return my original documents.

Could not have been better!
His assistant Paris is the best and made a very bad time in my life better. Her and Sean were happy to answer the TON of questions that I had and very quick to return my calls. Sean was blunt about the stressing parts of my case and up front about about what I should expect.

Top notch.
We hired Mr. Phinney to represent us in a child custody dispute which involved my ex mother in law keeping custody of my son which she had temporary custody of at the time.
