Regina Ford Cash

Regina was born and raised in Anniston, Alabama.  Regina attended Jacksonville State University (JSU) where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree Summa Cum Laude in only three years.  Regina received her Juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law.  Since that time, she has practice almost exclusively in the field of Civil Defense.

In 2012 Regina was honored with being selected as a “Rising Star” among Super Lawyers for the State of Alabama.  This honor is limited to less than 5% of lawyers nationwide.

Regina specializes in the defense of personal injury, premises liablity, workers’ compensation, construction defect, wrongful death and complex litigation.  She has had the privilege of litigating with some of the best trial lawyers in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.  Regina is not only licensed in all three states, she regularly practices in the those states where she is an active member of the state and federal bars.

Regina believes that the most important asset a lawyer has is her knowledge of the law and legal profession.  Regina works diligently to not only understand the law in the states in which she practices but  prepares others by teaching continuing education classes for claims handlers, fellow attorneys, and members of the bar.

Regina is blessed with the support of her loving family.  She is married to her husband, Randy.  They have two adult children, Amber and Michael.  Both children have married, and Regina is expecting her first grandchild in November 2012.  Regina enjoys camping, canoeing, and heading to the beach with her family.
