Biography
I have been practicing law for 31 years, primarily in the areas of Probate Administration, Probate Litigation, Trust Litigation and Civil Litigation. I take pride in efficiently handling my cases and providing personalized care to my clients. I am a 3rd generation lawyer, practicing with my father, Ralph G. Holberg, III, (currently in his 60th year) and for a few years with my late grandfather, Ralph G. Holberg, Jr. I am a native Mobilian having graduated from UMS in 1986, receiving a B.A. in Political Science in 1990 from the University of Alabama and my J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1993. I practice primarily in Mobile and Baldwin Counties but can practice throughout the State in Probate, Circuit and the Federal Courts. I am married and have 3 children. Estate of mother
Mr. Holberg has done an exceptional job handling my mother's estate. He was very knowledgeable. He kept my husband and I informed and up-to-date. I would highly recommend him to anyone of needing his expertise.

Mom's Estate
I had a transfer deed for my mom's house. Mr. Holberg told me it meant nothing and I had to file for probate. I took it to another lawyer and he said I did not have to go through probate. He told me that I should take my deed to the courthouse and file it. No probems at the courthouse. Beware.
