As a client, I expect a basic level of communication and professionalism from my legal representation, which, unfortunately, was severely lacking in my experience with this lawyer. Throughout the course of my case, I found myself in a constant state of uncertainty and confusion due to the lack of upd...ates and information from my lawyer. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and seek clarity on the status of my case, my efforts were met with silence or minimal, unhelpful responses. This lack of communication not only left me feeling neglected and unimportant as a client but also significantly impacted my ability to make informed decisions about my legal situation. Moreover, important deadlines and details were often relayed to me at the last minute, if at all, which added unnecessary stress and frustration to an already challenging situation. It was disheartening to feel like I was not a priority, and that my case was not being handled with the care and diligence it deserved. In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I expected a professional who would guide and inform me throughout the legal process, but instead, I was left feeling unsupported and uninformed. I cannot recommend this lawyer to others, as the lack of communication and professionalism significantly undermined my trust and confidence in their ability to handle my case effectively.

Considering it was just a consultation. Attorney David Zimmerman went above and beyond for my daughter. She was convicted for minor in possession in Mobile County. We live in Florida and she lost all the paperwork from original court date. He was able to find it even though it was an arduous task... because records were sealed as she is underage. He was able to call when she finished her court order duties, so that she would not have to show for the second Court date. Huge help for us since we are in Florida.
