I retained Mr. Derek Rose and his law firm Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana for a personal injury matter. The people there repeatedly told me things were going well. I soon requested documentation to show what work and maneuvers were made by the law firm. A few months prior to the statute of limitations, wi...th no new information, this firm completely dropped the case without explanation.
