I do not recommend this attorney under no circumstances. I practically did all the work for him, presented him with case law to support myself He is supposingly under retainer for 1 year regarding my situation. I dug up case law in regards to my situation, presented it to him. Since he is happy ...with outcome, I am not, he has no intention of helping me anymore, despite information I have presented to him. I want to go back to have case dismissed or go to jury trial because of research/case law I have found. Clark thought that he would represent me, make a little plea deal, take his money. He never thought I would dig up the information/case law like I did. Bottom line is, he did not charge me enough to proceed any further and he was not counting on me coming up with what I did.
