When we first contacted Brian Dasinger, it was with a heavy heart and serious concern for our youngest Son. Anything could happen when it comes down to a Jury of 12. The district attorney's office first offer was 10 years in prison. With my sons intense belief an hour criminal system, his answer was ...no. See you in court. After a few months gathering discovery district attorney's office came back to us and offered my son 20 years in prison. My son still believing in our system, he again says no. He believes that if he did not do it, he will not admit to doing it. This would cause his arrest and conviction to be sealed. Along with a 3 year State Penitentiary sentence, suspended. Only having to serve 2 night. Lastly, 3 years probation. My son's reply was, no. I will not admit to doing something I didn't do. Now in front of the 3 assistant district Attorneys, Brian was a true Professional and a Master at the Art of Litigation. He exposed deception of prosecutors witnesses, the plantiff and had the D.A.s office on their hills and mumbling. The jury deliberated for around 2 hours. All 12 members unanimously voted not guilty. Brian Dasinger got our Son acquired of all charges. I will forever refer everyone to his office.
