Mr. Moon attended Tulane University and Tulane Law School where he completed both his undergraduate and law school curricula in five years, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1994 and a Juris Doctorate in 1996 at the age of 22. Mr. Moon has represented several multinational corporations in matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions to casualty defense.
As a result of his representation of a variety of organizations ranging from municipal entities to multinational corporations, Mr. Moon has comprehensive experience in many ares of the law, including complex commercial transactions; corporate law; stakeholder counseling and advice; federal, state and local regulatory and administrative law; small business procurement; litigation, intellectual property; and employment law.
