Biography
Mr. Moon attended Tulane University and Tulane Law School where he completed both his undergraduate and law school curricula in five years, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1994 and a Juris Doctorate in 1996 at the age of 22. Mr. Moon has represented several multinational corporations in matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions to casualty defense.
As a result of his representation of a variety of organizations ranging from municipal entities to multinational corporations, Mr. Moon has comprehensive experience in many ares of the law, including complex commercial transactions; corporate law; stakeholder counseling and advice; federal, state and local regulatory and administrative law; small business procurement; litigation, intellectual property; and employment law.
With a broad range of experience in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate law, procurement, creditor's rights, intellectual property and employment law, Mr. Moon can deliver innovative and value oriented solutions to your organization, and he welcomes the opportunity to discuss those solutions with you.
