About Jonathan
Biography
Jonathan Eagerton joined Enzor & Maniscalco as an associate in August of 2017. He is a magna cum laude and University Honors graduate of the University of Alabama, where he majored in philosophy. During his undergraduate career, Jonathan marched for four seasons with the Million Dollar Band. In his senior year, he was given the Chris Hainsey Ultimate Team Player Award for his leadership and commitment to the organization.
Jonathan received his law degree and a certificate in public interest law from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, he clerked for public defender offices at both the state and federal level. It was here that he found a passion for public service and the protection of individual rights and liberties. He also served in the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic and the university’s Campus Drug Court program (MPACT).
With a practice focus in criminal defense and family law, Jonathan seeks to provide effective advocacy and reassuring counsel for each of his clients.
