Nathan Abell is a licensed Alabama attorney practicing with the law firm of Enzor & Maniscalco in Oxford. His areas of strongest passion are family law and domestic violence.
This interest was first developed during multiple semesters as an intern with the UA Law School Domestic Violence Clinic. Here, he directly represented clients in the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court (Domestic) during ex parte, service, and final hearings for Protection from Abuse orders; as well as pendente lite and final hearings for divorce. He personally maintained each assigned client's file, ensured consistent contact with clients, developed legal strategies, and drafted all necessary documents (e.g. pleadings and letters).
In short, he developed a practical working knowledge of small practice maintenance and holistic lawyering before graduation.
