WASTED Time Bought & PAID for
We retained Ms. Barganier for some custody issues. She was initially committed and devoted. The more time passed and money spent, she became less and less "aggressive" in her fight towards our initial goal. Billed repeatedly for "preparation" for our day in court (which was continued numerous times!)...

Perhaps think twice
This attorney chose to pursue my case in a manner she saw fit, even though I told her otherwise. It was 'her way' to 'win' the case. But the case was not won and she stated over and over she preferred to win. She lied to the Court and charged me for matters that ultimately never were completed.
