Spencer J Hahn

I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Hahn appointed to me by the court system. I don't know how Mr. Hahn put up with me as I was a very needy and quite helpless client. My case was unique as I was a Police Officer when I was arrested and charged with quite creepy allegations. I made it clear from th...e beginning that I truly had no intention of taking my case to trial as some of the women I victimized were members of my family. Mr. Hahn respected my wish and represented me the best way I could have asked for. I feel like public defenders get a rather bad reputation in the legal family, and while I only have my experience with Mr. Hahn and his assistant to compare it too I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to represent me. Mr. Hahn is caring and did everything 'right' in a situation where I did everything 'wrong.' On the off chance that someone reads this ans they themselves are represented by a public defender or thier family member is, be hopeful that that public defender is Mr. Hahn, he deserves more recognition and credit than I gave him and to the DA's and private practice attorney's in the State of Oregon, Mr. Hahn is quite intelligent and is more than just a good attorney, he is a good man.
