Richard David Shinbaum

In 1985 I was arrested on a B&E charge ( a 3rd degree misdemeanor), and while the district attorney at that time wanted an elevated charge Shinbaum ( A hardcore Alabama football fan) intervened and had the case essentially dropped with one month unsupervised probation. I didn't know Mr. Shinbaum prio...r to this case, I just looked in the yellow pages ( no internet back then ) and happen to see his name. He called the court, asked to be my defense lawyer and then told me that it would be downhill from there. I liked his laid back style, and the fact that he seemed to be a force in the Democratic Party for the State of Alabama. I would recommend him to anyone as a lawyer that didn't seem above helping all of those in need.
