Subsequently, he went on to receive his Masters in Law from New York University in 1975. Professional, knowledgeble and approchable
In 1985 I was arrested on a B&E charge ( a 3rd degree misdemeanor), and while the district attorney at that time wanted an elevated charge Shinbaum ( A hardcore Alabama football fan) intervened and had the case essentially dropped with one month unsupervised probation.
