Frank Howard Hawthorne Jr.

As an extremely unsatisfied client of Frank Hawthorne Jr, I do not recommend him. We were excited about him representing us based on his experience and how he repeatedly told us he had over 30 years experience but quickly found out that he could not remember key points of our case. He was two for t...wo getting in front of the judge and forgetting key names, events, and even our underlining strategy. He assured us of all the great relationships he had with the judges involved but it sure did not seem like it in court. After the second court appearance and Mr. Hawthorne's inexcusable performance, we were forced to fire him. He ended up charging us a ridiculous amount for not one thing he accomplished for us. Again, a very "experienced" attorney that seemed to be lost, confused, and certainly costly to us.
