Background
Will began working for Beasley Allen in the Fraud section as a law clerk in his second year of law school, where he assisted attorneys in the areas of consumer fraud litigation and Fair Labor Standards Act litigation. After graduating law school, he began working full time as an attorney in the Toxic Torts section. In September of 2013, Will began serving as counsel for the Alabama Secretary of State’s office, where he gained wide-ranging civil litigation experience. He rejoined Beasley Allen in September of 2015.
He graduated from Auburn University in 2007 with a B.A. in political science. He earned his J.D. at Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in May of 2010. While attending law school, Will studied international law abroad at the University of Amsterdam.
