Frank Holt Carter

I hired Frank Carter to represent my son. I told him more than once — including during a phone call on April 28, 2025 — that I had video footage that I believe could prove the charges were inaccurate. He never asked to view it. During that call, I also asked if he had gone to visit my son in custo...dy, and he said no, explaining that he would not drive that far. He also seemed to dismiss my concerns about speaking with a judge, saying it “wasn’t that easy.” I asked him to please try. My daughter and I went to his office wanting to show him the video. My daughter arrived a few minutes before closing and informed me that he had called the police before I even entered. I was shocked he had us trespassed. I felt dismissed and unsupported throughout this process, and I believe my son’s case was negatively impacted. His medical condition has worsened while in custody — he can now only eat puréed food. I will be filing a complaint with the Bar.

I was cited for speeding in an unfamiliar area of Georgia and the ticket would have RUINED my driving record that I was in the process of getting back on track. I was mostly in contact with the assistant, Flor Pineda, but the people are really nice and helpful. Even with me being gone a lot because of the military, they were still able to work with me and gave me updates through emails. Mr Carter was able to reduce my charge and I would definitely recommend ...him and would use him again if I ever need legal assistance!!
