Tollie Suzanne Folmar

I borrowed money to hire Tollie to help our family during the worst time of our lives. Her word to us was that she would represent us and fight for justice for us. We worked with her for several months trying to resolve the issues we were facing. She did not fight for us at all. She only did what th...e attorney for the other side suggested even when we told her that was not acceptable she still would not fight for us. We walked away from her in worse shape than when we started. She is a horrible attorney and an even worse attorney as she constantly looked down her nose at us “and everything “ if you have dealt with her at all you know what “and everything “ means. What a disappointment and a complete disgrace to the profession. Shame on you for taking peoples money and not representing them like you say you will. I’ve always heard what goes around comes around. I hope if you are ever in the situation we are in you get the same treatment you have to us. You deserve it.

My family recently hired Tollie for a family court Case that also included a criminal charge. The family case having several court cases for custody, protection order and divorce. Not one time did we come out on top. Instead of fighting for us she simply just agreed to what the other attorneys sug...gested and then would say that was the offer. In court it seemed dhr was more concerned with making the other attorneys mad. She didn't schedule the visitation with the children until for months after it was ordered. When it was over we left completely humiliated with NOTHING except knowing that if 9ur attorney actually fought for us it would be different.
