The entire experience with the attorney was a headache. She doesn't follow up often or at all and leaves you in the dark about a lot of things you should now about such as your options. I had no idea I could file an appeal for my pedente lite order until advised to do so by another attorney. There wa...s also to much conflict of interest. This was a custody case for my son and just so happened she was the softball coach of his little sisters softball team. My son fathers attorney is also her partner. To much conflict to little information, I would prefer an attorney that has my best interest at heart and insures I'm aware of all my rights and options. Even after I advised her I no longer wanted her to represent me her prices all of a sudden were no where near what we originally agreed to in our originally contract. She went back and charged me as tho I was paying by the hour and not one large fixed sum leaving me with little to no refund for different counsel. Horrible experience from the beginning of until the end.
