Gatch is a con artist
Gatch is a con artist. He will take your money and throw you under a bus because he's too lazy to argue a case Gatch should be disbarred for legal malpractice. He can't afford an office with a secretary. He meets his clients at Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Don't waste your time
My own personal experience with Mr. Colley is that he's a bully and is ill-prepared to mediate...despite charging a hefty fee for his "required" services, which are mandated by the Court. Good job if you can get it, I guess. The problem is that Mr. Colley does very little to earn the money he's paid....
