Jonathan Dale Wynn II

Jonathan D. Wynn II is originally from Ozark, Alabama, and graduated from George W. Long High School in Skipperville, Alabama. After graduating from high school, he then obtained his undergraduate education at Troy University. While studying for his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Human Factors Engineering and minoring in Advanced Legal Studies, he participated in various extracurricular programs. These programs include Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Psi Chi Honor Society, Feeding America, and other various philanthropy events. Jonathan is married to Cassandra Wynn and has two beautiful children, their daughter “Avery” and their son “Nathan”.

He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, all while working full time and being a father of two. While balancing his school and home life, he was active in Phi Alpha Delta Law Society and volunteered in multiple outreach programs in the Montgomery area. He began working with The Cleveland Firm in May of 2017 and began focusing on a variety of legal matters, including Personal Injury and Auto Accidents, Divorce and Family Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Property Law, Business Associations and Partnerships, Civil Litigation, Wills, Trusts and Estates. Matters of Real Property issues are also a central focus of his, including deeds, heir property, quieting title, and the transfer of property interests.

He is very family oriented and focuses this mindset into assisting his clients in family law matters to create a level minded understanding of each and every issue at hand. Additionally, he has had multiple business ventures which have each lead him to learn useful information which he implements into his legal practice to provide both an efficient and economical process.
