Morgan P. Hoggle graduated from Troy University in 2015 with a B.A. in Economics. Morgan obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2019 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where he was a Merit Scholar.
During law school Morgan competively advocated as a member of the nationally ranked Cumberland Trial Advocacy Team, was elected by his peers as their representative to the Student Bar Association, and elected as Treasurer of his graduating class. While still in law school, the Alabama State Bar approved Morgan for a Third-Year Practice Card, allowing him to try-to-verdict five criminal bench trials before his graduation.
After spending his undergraduate years in Troy, Morgan was eager to return to the area and advocate for clients throughout the Wiregrass. Morgan is currently admitted to the Alabama State Bar, Florida State Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Morgan's practice focuses on a variety of legal matters including Property Law, Creditor's Rights, Personal Injury and Auto Accidents, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Business Associations and Partnerships, Civil Litigation, Wills, Trusts and Estates. Matters of Real Property are also a central focus of his practice, including easements, deeds, heir property, quieting title, and the transfer of property interests.
