disappointing
He recently handled a legal matter and although he did what was expected, his staff could not get my address correct causing my important mail/court papers to take a journey up to Tennessee, where I have never lived, and back down to my old address TWICE causing unneeded wait times and delays. Not ...
I am grateful that we handled your legal matter as expected, but, of course, I am disheartened about the address situation. Please message me so that I can look into why this happened in order to avoid it happening from this office in the future.
