Mrs Armstrong
Mr .Ray is very good .He got our precious children back home after 102 days of DHR having them in my brother's custody .He believed in the moms I was and how me and kids should be treated. I thank the Lord everyday for him although our paths are not complete I honestly believe I am in great hands.
