also known as Robert Noone Legal Services ADOPTIONS
Representing Adoptive Parents in Alabama and West Virginina, Robert Noone has been an adoption lawyer and advocate for abused and neglected children for over 30 years. He uses that same care and concern to insure that foster parents seeking to adopt receive the best available representation.
Although welcoming a new member into your family is an exciting time, you probably feel like you've waited long enough. Robert Noone helps expedite matters with the prompt processing of your case, bringing his decades of experience of working with adoptions and child law to make the expansion of your family a reality. Adoptions can often be emotional and confusing requiring compassion and skill in your legal journey. We take the time to make sure you understand your rights and meet with agencies, guardians and parents to insure a smooth adoption.
Our office also regularly represents stepparents, grandparents, single parents and others who have had children placed with them by another family member or Child Protective Services for an extended period of time, helping transform that temporary arrangement into a real FAMILY.
Recognizing the generosity you have in opening your home up to a child who often has no one else, Bob NEVER charges any prospective adoptive parent for a consultation. AL: and WV:

I first got to know Mr. Noone at the recommendation of Necco of Logan Foster Care Agency when we were attempting to adopt our first daughter. He was a very caring person and made sure we understood everything that was going to happen. He helped us every step of the way, and we got the best result p...

When I called Bob on a recommendation from a friend to ask him questions about a possible adoption, he spoke with me on the phone for 30 minutes explaining the ins and outs of the process. I called and requested adoption services and it took a while to get the paper work ready before he could do his part, how ever when that day came he filed the paper work quickly and we added permanency for another family member. Very easy to work with and helpful.

Through months and months of pray...
Zach and Leigh - Thanks so much. What a joy it was working with you to create your family. Much love - Bob
"I met Robert several years ago when I clerked for a judge in southern West Virginia. I observed many adoption attorneys come through the judicial system over the two years I worked in the courts and Robert is hands down the best adoption attorney I have seen. He is always well prepared and will put a smile on your face any day of the week."
