Turns Away Frivolous Cases

There is a fine line between brilliance and foolishness; attorneys study the law, and become successful, some just mediocre, and other struggle and sub-come to immorality even going to prison. Some experience a little bit of it all. Some become politicians pandering to heavy lobbyist; yet others cons...idering the almighty dollar devote their lives to the bench [justice] with [our] approval; unlike their colleagues. At the disparaging hart of this matter is “core principle” the Constitution! Every attorney knows it inside out, hence Bar exams. Doubtful this trooper was in fear of his life and felt imminent danger of someone described in this thread as everything in between; why wait if you have a gun and a badge, and took the Oath [swear –or-- affirm] he had a duty to affect a felony arrest as soon as it was witnessed (emphasis). To sum it up in a word; preceding my repeat was a-c-q-u-i-t-t-e-d. This implies he lived with the same fate as a client; not knowing the outcome nonetheless if Themis disgruntles some of the feminine usernames, and some others of you the system may be flawed, because the government teach the men and women of law enforcement how to side step and manipulate the Bill of Rights. I know this because I stood at the open doors in a Hall where an FBI instructor was teaching a class on a variety of “techniques and tricks.” I know the person pictured and subject of this hatred, but hey—this is not John Hinckley, Jr. or O. J. Simpson. As much as I dislike Larry Flint’s enterprise he was also acquitted; not insane as Reagans would be killer, but every bit as twisted as Jeffrey Dahmer. Some men and women in prison are factually innocent. The innocence project has freed more than 325 prisoners which have been wrongly imprisoned over *half their years. Every case involves DNA, and some victims deal with bearing false witness, and truly remorseful. If you say I don’t know then you do not know; regardless of sleep deprivation, hunger, thirst, or how man hundred times asked of you etc… I have seen presiding judges overcome with emotion when realizing “we convicted the wrong person.” *Letting a 70+ year old man out of prison after 35 years would take us to a trial date around the days of the much loved late Governor George Wallace. I thank God and the patriot’s on watch for the freedom to express my view. Remember every vote counts, and we the people are why bureaucracy exist.
