Andrew Dalins

Andrew did not represent me well at all. He didn't touch bases with me until 2 days before court. I should have followed up myself but I trusted him as my lawyer to know what he was doing. While in trail he was not confidence in himself, you can tell he was nervous and didn't know how to cross examin...e the "alleged victim". In all honestly and reality I was the victim, I just didn't know the proper procedures to follow. I've never been in court for "anything" in my life and the "allege victim" had a history of going to court for thief, drugs and having a weapon without a permit. To me this should have been an end and out case as he thought so himself. For the DA to just hear about the allegations as trail was going on, she was on point with her questions, she drilled in like her life was on the line. Andrew wasn't a quick thinker, when the story changed "the allege victim lying" he couldn't gain control. Therefor my clean record is now damaged. The court system is a joke. I can see why many say they don't trust the judicial system:-(
