Sarah Shergy Shepard

When you are planning for your family's future, you need an estate plan that reflects your assets, your responsibilities and the people who will depend on it. I am Sarah S. Shepard, an attorney with Sparkman, Shepard & Shepard, LLC in Huntsville, Alabama. I help Alabama families, business owners and professionals with estate planning, wills and trusts.

My work begins with understanding your family and what you want your plan to accomplish. I help you consider who should make decisions, how assets should pass, and whether a trust would help meet a beneficiary's needs. As a mother and business owner, I understand the responsibility of making these choices. My aim is to give you a clearer plan and reduce avoidable uncertainty for the people you care about.

I graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2012, where I served as a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review and received the Order of the Samaritan. I graduated from the University of Miami in 2009, summa cum laude, and am a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Earlier in my career, I served as counsel at LG Electronics Alabama, Inc.
