I encountered many lawyers trying to peruse a divorce over several years. Not one of them can measure up to Ruby. Ms. Panter took on my case, that wasn't exactly her area of expertise, last minute and when I wasn't even sure that I needed legal representation. My daughter had accused an extended family member of sexual assault to a school counselor and we were contacted by a DHR social worker to attend a investi...gating interview. Never having dealt with anything like this, I didn't know what to expect but wanted to be prepared for anything thrown our way. Ruby met with me and my husband to discuss details of what would and could possibly happen. She advised me ahead of my meetings with DHR and gave me the confidence and courage I needed to get through those interviews. She attended the meeting with us as support. It turned out that we didn't end up needing legal aide, but I will never regret seeking her advice. She made one of the hardest days of my life a little easier because I felt prepared to answer tough questions and knew a little more about what I was heading into with DHR.
