Could get youthful offender in some states. Walmart will also send you a letter asking for money.($250 or so) Some cities have theft diversion...

Should be paid by insurance of the car she was driving. Unless she did not have permission to drive it.

What caused fire. Normally you must have renters. His insurance probably excludes renters.

He pays if his fault. Most states don't have laws for private property though.

It depends for what. The IME should not cause you an injury. Ask for another IME. Many don't properly review records, and are in it for a quick buck.

Need to talk to an attorney in Texas. In some states spouse must agree and sign off on it.

I totaled my car. I have full coverage and gap. My insurance payed off my loan. I didn't get any money to help replace my car.
