Yes, if your company has wc insurance. In Alabama they have at least 5 employees.

The disclosure statement I have from a WC attorney states he does not carry professional liability insurance. Is that unusual?

Normally can only be held cerain amount of time. Talk to local counsel about your law.

Violate probation and make serve original jail sentence. Could not violate probation. Depends on judge and officer.
