I have never had a case go back that far. Get an attorney and fight the case. After twelve years I doubt the officer remembers the case.

Talk to jail and find out why he is not getting the credit. He has a right to get credit unless he was doing time on something else.

If unhappy with attorney, and he won't talk to you, get another attorney now. You are paying for him to represent you, that includes talking to you...

Did you do report. If they were at fuallt you can recover. Do you know where the water came from or how long it had been on the floor.

Probably not. They are acting within the line of their employment. You can sue, but winning is another issue.
