Read contract. If not in contract, you need contract changed unless there is some state law on the issue.

Negotiate with both to get the bumper paid for. Why was first insurance told about second accident. You can't recover twice.

Call local attorney. Some cities do if out of state resident. Should not be allowed.

Walmart does this in every case. I have yet to see them sue anyone for the $150. The law says they can fine you that amount.(they say it covers...
