Patrick Mccarty Lamar

With more than 30 years of courtroom experience, Patrick Lamar is a seasoned trial attorney based in Huntsville, Alabama. Since beginning his legal career in 1986, Patrick has built a reputation for excellence in personal injury litigation, particularly in professional liability cases specifically including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and architectural malpractice. He is significantly experience in automobile and trucking accidents, product defects, professional malpractice, and workers’ compensation. His extensive knowledge also covers insurance claims litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, emotional distress, and bad faith claims related to storm and environmental damage.

Patrick has a long-standing record of litigation success, including securing two record-setting verdicts in medical negligence cases. His depth of experience extends beyond the trial level; he has a robust background in appellate advocacy and legal writing, making him a formidable presence at every stage of litigation.

He is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association. Patrick earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and received his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review.
