I practice Government Contracts law at MCG’s Huntsville office. Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, I spent six years practicing government contracts law in both the IC and private practice.
I have successfully litigated several bid protests at GAO and the Court of Federal Claims, size status and NAICS Code protests at SBA, and claims before the Armed Services and Civilian Boards of Contract Appeals and COFC.
I also routinely provide counseling and advice regaridng contract compliance matters, including in the areas of data rights, mandatory disclosure, conflicts of interest, terminations, and small business.
