David Ray Pace

If you need an attorney who will fight for your rights, Pace is NOT your guy. During trial, he didn't object to hearsay evidence about me and he did not object when my civil rights were violated. The few times he tried to object, the court didn't even rule on it, but rather just told the other lawy...er to continue. Do yourself a favor and choose someone who will stand up for you and for himself as well.

Had a consultation with David. After sending him all the ct papers to review, I am not sure he reviewed them. Basically said sorry that there was nothing we could do. Kind of forgot to tell me that as a respondent I needed to show up at the ct hearing or the Judge would assume I didn’t care. Very im...portant info to miss. I am now going it on my own, will show up to prove I love my grand children. A definite waste of $300.

New Beginnings Family Law is an awesome firm. Everyone was so reassuring, understanding and kind. The first person I met was my attorney David Pace. He was a great listener and then very clear on what my options were. He is my third attorney to take my divorce case, but the first to actually finish t...he case. Others stopped working on the case because of my lack of money. David did not. He took my case at no cost. I am so thankful for his help. The next person I worked with was Brandy, client care coordinator, who was very sweet and let me know that everyone in that office was there for me. The next person I worked with was Krissy, the paralegal. She was awesome. Always had a great smile and helped me with specific wording and then explaining them to my husband. I didn’t want to sign the paperwork together, it would feel awkward to me, Krissy took the time to let us come in separately (despite they are taking my case cost-free) and explained everything to both of us. I can not leave out of this review the wonderfully sweet front desk associate. Everyone at this firm was amazing. I suggest this firm to anyone who is in need of family law. Well it's officially been exactly 4 months since my divorce wrapped up and I wanted to revisit this site to comment on my attorney, David Pace. I was very lucky to have been paired up with him. David possessed the very unique combination of the ability to fully comprehend the details of my case, wh...ile fully appreciating the big picture and practical realities of the current situation. He was diligent in his representation and guided me through the entire process. This was the most traumatic event in my adult life and the compassion and direction he showed was not only appreciated, it was needed. David kept me on track and it was nice to truly know I had someone looking out for my best interest. If I ever needed a lawyer, David would be the first person I called.
