Paid up front and after 1 1/2 weeks nothing done. I stopped by around 10:00 to ask about the paperwork, said they had not started. I called back at 12:15 left a message. That I was going another direction. Called back about 1:30 to make sure they received my message. They said they had, I asked abou...t a refund since they had not done anything. She said they had started it that morning and no I woukd not get a refund. All of this after losing my mom and asking his help with a deed transfer. Just dismissed me that morning after seeing I was upset. Very expensive lesson. Never pay up front for anything EVEN lawyers. Kindness has really gone out of this world.
