Biography
G. Stephen (Steve) Wiggins began his law practice in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, upon admission to the Alabama State Bar in 1977.
In 2013, Mr. Wiggins and his son Raley Wiggins founded Red Oak Legal, PC. They practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probate, and civil litigation.
Mr. Wiggins was born in Andalusia, Alabama and is married to the former Ann Ayer of Huntsville, Alabama. They have two children and four grandchildren. They are active members of Christ Episcopal Church in Tuscaloosa, where Ann served as Christian Education Director for many years and Steve has served on the Vestry.

Do Not Trust
My experience with Mr. Wiggins has been terrible. He deals with people going through the worst times of their lives and he is insensitive, uncaring, and callous. Very Professional and Caring
Mr. Wiggins takes the time to get to know you, learn what you need, and then takes the the time to explain a course of action. My wife and I had many questions about estate planning and Steve answered them all with great patience and professionalism.
