Jessica Weathers Schaub

My wife and I hired Jessica to handle our uncontested divorce, and it has been a horrible experience. Jessica was more than 30 minutes late to our first meeting. At that time she told us that our paperwork would be done in roughly two weeks. Two weeks later, I emailed her and was told that the pa...perwork was nearly done. After receiving no paperwork or communication from her, I emailed her again a week later for an update. I was told again that it was almost done and that she would try to finish it up that day or the next. Another week and a half passed without communication or paperwork. I tried calling and emailing Jessica multiple times and did not receive a response. After driving to her office, I eventually found someone who told me that she was out of the office with an unexpected surgery. That part I find totally acceptable. However, I wish I would have been notified or that someone would have answered any of my calls. On the Friday Jessica returned to the office, she once again said the paperwork was close and that it would be handled at the beginning of the week or even possibly the weekend. It’s Wednesday, and I still haven’t received any paperwork and can’t get in contact with her. To summarize, on Aug. 4, we were told that this process would take roughly two weeks. At the time of this review, it is Sept. 14, and we have yet to receive paperwork.
