W. Cameron Parsons

mr. parsons has helped me when i did not know if i was coming or going. he has been there for me ever since. i have become to rely on him very much. one of the kindest most intelligent people you will ever meet. i have tortured him on the phone and he always gives me the right answer and advises me .... god almighty bless you and keep you for us, the victims of the greedy society who tries to roll over me a female, thinking i am not smart enough to know when i am being taken advantage off. thank you cam for all you have done to me. i will thank you until you get tired of it.

Cam Parsons was my divorce attorney after a 25 year marriage. From the very beginning of this most painful process, he took control and offered guidance and reassurance with professionalism and genuine care for me and my children. He was direct, straight forward and realistic which helped me prepare ...for possibilities ahead. He was available at all times and always brought calmness and compassion to each situation. I have consulted with many real estate attorneys on establishing the legitimacy of our unplatted subdivision. With the sole exception of Attorney Pearson, all other attorneys dismissively - and incorrectly - asserted, "no plat, no subdivision". In contrast, Attorney Pearson aptly answered that "cove...nants can burden un-platted properties", thereby identifying a subdivision. He also added that a "full review of the recorded deeds and covenants must be examined" to determine this universal burden. Furthermore, this pithy answer which he freely provided in an Avvo posting, encouraged me to persist in searching for case law which would substantiate his answer - which I did, indeed find. So while, at this time, I can not afford an attorney, I'm saving my shekels for Attorney Pearson should my civil mish-mash prove too much for me. He's responsive, polite, and a genuine legal scholar.
