While primarily being involved with commercial real estate matters, and oil and gas well development and leasing in recent decades while working initially as outside counsel then later as in-house for a multi-faceted entrepreneur’s many ventures, over the years my practice has included services ranging from general and commercial litigation to business asset sales and purchases, business entity sales and purchases, entity formation, partnership disputes and wind downs, personal injury litigation, probate matters, will disputes, condemnation, domestic relations, adoption, commercial collections, creditor rights, borrower rights, work-outs and restructuring, consumer and business bankruptcy, creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings, real estate closings, title insurance, title examination, and mineral title examination and opinion.
My Commercial Real Estate practice has covered most aspects of commercial property transactions and development, such as: commercial lease negotiation and preparation, real estate sales and purchase contracts, construction issues, commercial property purchase and development finance documentation and transactions, land us matters such as permitting and zoning, title examination, jurisdictional aspects of development, covenants, restrictions, easements, sales transactions and documentation of investment grade commercial lease properties, and litigation of disputes arising out of commercial real estate transactions.
My goal for each client I serve is to economically accomplish each client’s desired results. His winning formula is to keep his clients well informed of the particular service he is providing while using his experience and relationships to efficiently and timely finish each job.
