No communication
We hired this attorney to help with an easement issue. Nearly 60 days later, all our phone calls and emails went unanswered. Only response when sent a strong request for help was....I’m returning your check. Sorry for the delay. Don’t depend on this guy to help you. Total waste of our time.

unkept promises
Sanford promises on one thing and delivers another. I was involved in a case with Sanford and was fed lies from the beginning. Mr. Gunter is not familiar with the laws regarding values and decided not to pay because he did not get the outcome he disred. Very poor business ethics.
