Nicole Green Thrasher

This attorney was appointed by the court as my mother's conservator. My mother is currently in a nursing home and unable to make decisions on her own. I am her legal guardian. From the beginning, Ms. Thrasher did not communicate with us. We searched literally for my mother's car keys on her property... for three days, meanwhile we were never informed by the attorney that she had gone and taken the keys from my mother. Once appointed is conservator and in control of her finances, she went six months and never made a credit card payment on my mother's credit cards destroyed her credit, and negatively affected mine until I called the bank and had myself taken off of the credit card as an authorized user for my own protection. I tried numerous times to contact her. I can barely ever get a response, and there was always an excuse as to why the bills weren't paid. She's very nonchalant about it, there was no urgency. All of my mother's family lives in another state so it is difficult for any of us to be there and have hands on. They were very attentive when they were trying to make the arrangements for my mother to be on Medicaid so that that would pay for her nursing home stay, once they did that and her house was put on the market and sold they had nothing to do with the family anymore. They will barely even answer an email and it's always very vague.I guess she figured since my mother has cognitive decline that it's easy to get away with this. Very unprofessional and unreliable I would highly recommend choosing a different attorney unfortunately, this one was appointed by the court. She was not chosen by the family.
