When arrested for the first time in my life (60 years), it was for a class A felony (life or not more than 99 years or less than 10 years), ~500 miles from home, my Wife contact my niece who is a high profile, very well resp...ected federal attorney and requested she obtain the BEST Defense Attorney, PERIOD. She got Clayton Tartt from Birmingham Alabama. My case is still pending, it's been over a year. We have not requested any continuances.
