Biography
Anne’s practice is focused on helping families and advocating for children. Her practice includes bankruptcy, divorce, adoption, custody modification, child support modification, and drafting wills and other probate documents.
Anne is also a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution for civil and domestic relations mediation.
Anne graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar that year. She is a 1996 honors graduate of the University of Alabama Honors College with a degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
Anne and her husband Dan have three children. She is an active member of Tuscaloosa First United Methodist Church, President of The Arts Council of West Alabama, and former President of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association.

Terrible services
Mrs. Guthrie left my case in far poor of a condition than it started in. She is extremely hard to get in touch with whether it be phone or email. She misses important details that build a case, she does not answer questions, not aggressive at all. I would not recommend to anyone.

Above and Beyond
Anne saved my family. She was able to get me custody of my children. Always caring, professional and on top of every detail without fault. No matter the time of day, She was always there for me...to answer any question or preform any duty. She is the best Tuscsloosa has to offer.

Stick to disability or bankruptcy
She left a case worse than it was when I hired her to update it. I have heard she is best with bankruptcy and disability. I wish I had proof but I can say dont use her for anything else.
