Biography
Success matters. As a member of a large firm and a small firm, I have a long record of successfully resolving business disputes and complex litigation involving contracts, commercial collections, employment law (employer only), leasing law (lessors only) and construction projects. My firm represents international, national, regional and local companies throughout Alabama in state and federal court litigation and in federal administrative proceedings. I have the highest rating (AV) for legal ability and ethical standards, am listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and diligently protect my clients’ best interests. My personal activities and interests include: physical fitness; college football and basketball; coaching competitive youth baseball; hiking; building and carpentry; landscape architecture; and travel.
